Most PPO insurance plans carry chiropractic benefits. There may be a deductible and/or co-pay involved, and a cap on the amount of visits allowed in a calendar year.

Dr. Perez is in-network for Blue Shield of California PPO. We accept all other PPO plans that have chiropractic benefits and can make arrangements to make paying your copays easier.

If you were injured in an automobile accident, your car insurance policy may have Med Pay benefits that can be used to cover your treatment.

If you have an open Workers Compensation claim (work injury), you can get chiropractic care covered, in most cases. An initial consultation is required.
