"Before coming to see Dr. Dan I was experiencing terrible neck and shoulder pain. I was trying to get by with Motrin, but felt wrong popping pills all the time. After a few visits with Dr. Dan, my neck pain decreased significantly. I can now go for a couple of months without feeling pain; and its a lot less intense when I do feel it. It's made a huge difference in my life."

Dan Perez, D.C. received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1995, graduating Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West. Dr. Perez worked as an associate chiropractor in a busy downtown San Francisco office, specializing in treating work-related overuse syndromes such as tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and various neck and back disorders.

In 2004, he opened his own clinic in downtown San Francisco, where he practices today. Having relocated his residence to San Ramon in the East Bay area in 2007, Dr. Perez decided to open a satellite practice in this wonderful city. He chose to join forces with Canyon Lakes Chiropractic Group located at Bollinger Canyon and Canyon Lakes Drive in central San Ramon.

"After 15 years of chiropractic practice, my treatment approach has evolved considerably. Today's patients want a doctor who is highly skilled, personable, and respectful of their time. Patients want to have their questions answered, their problem fixed, and they don't want to go broke in the process. My approach takes all these factors into consideration. Providing the best service to my patients is my ultimate goal." - Dr. Perez

Born in Patuxent, River, Maryland in a Navy family, Dan spent his early years on the East Coast including Boston MA, Newport RI, and Norfolk VA. In the early 1970s the family moved to Pensacola, FL, which Dan considers his home town.
Dan attended the US Navail Academy in Annapolis, MD and spent six years serving out of San Diego, CA. After his tour ended, he decided to pursue his long time interest in natural health, and chose to become a chiropractor. Dan's interests include reading up on alternative medicine, checking out new restaurants, hiking, mountain bike riding, tennis, and golf; and most of all, spending time with his wife Yvonne and their new son, Sean.
